crazy good brownies (5SP)

1/2 cup AP flour
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
4oz melted coconut oil
4oz pumpkin purée 
2/3c Lakanto Monkfruit sweetener 
2/3 c light brown sugar
2tsp vanilla
1/2tsp salt
4 eggs
2tbsp Lily’s baking chips (or chocolate chips- but this will add to the points 

Preheat oven to 350

Lightly grease a 9x9 pan (for thicker brownies) or 9x13 for thinner.

Sift together flour, cocoa and salt. Add sugars and whisk together.

In a separate bowl, mix together pumpkin, vanilla, and coconut oil.

Add eggs to the liquid ingredients, and mix SLIGHTLY.

Add flour mixture to liquid and stir to combine. 

Pour into greased pan and top with chocolate chips

bake 25-30 mins for 9x9 or for a 9x13 bake 15-20 minutes.
